Growing up fishing, surfing, and playing football in the Lowcountry, Rather Fish owner, Joe Ellis, enlisted in the Marine Corps and spent 8 years serving and working towards a degree. After moving back to Charleston and starting a family, he learned the importance of great customer service while owning and operating several restaurants.
Looking to return to the work which ignited his entrepreneurial spirit...Rather Fish was born!
